Because our planners are fulfilled and shipped through a trusted third-party production and logistics partner, all products are made to order and shipped directly to you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of third-party fulfilment:

We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes.

We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and shipping details before completing a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your planner arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

If the issue is verified, we will work with our fulfilment partner to provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information.
